Kylee Formento
M.A., BCBA, LBA | School Director
Kylee has over 14 years of experience in the ABA field working in schools, clinics, and residential facilities. Throughout her career, Kylee has gained extensive experience as a member of interdisciplinary teams supporting individuals aged 18 months to 22 years with a variety of academic, behavioral, rehabilitative and medical needs. Kylee obtained her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013 from Rowan University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. She is currently studying to obtain her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Endicott College Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
Kylee is passionate about creative, evidence-based approaches to support students and staff in achieving their maximum potential, elevating the quality of behavior analytic services through excellent supervision and case oversight, and collaborating closely with individuals and their families to design meaningful programming.
