Who We Hire

We’re always looking for enthusiastic educators passionate about teaching. Common roles at Washington Spectrum Schools include:

Special Education Teachers

Design and implement individualized learning plans while creating engaging, structured classroom environments for students with a wide range of learning needs.

Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LBA)

Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise ABA implementation throughout the school day.

Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)

Work one-on-one with students to support behavior goals, skill development, and social-emotional growth under the supervision of a BCBA.

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

Provide in-school speech and language therapy services to help students develop communication and social interaction skills.

Classroom Assistants & Paraprofessionals

Support teachers and therapists in delivering instruction, reinforcing routines, and building strong student relationships.
