Charlotte Walker serves on the Board of Directors for Washington Spectrum Schools, bringing her clinical expertise and dedication to supporting all learners. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Charlotte has extensive experience applying the principles of applied behavior analysis in both clinical and educational settings. 

Charlotte previously worked at Aim Star Learning and is now part of a school in North Carolina focused on students with autism, where she continues her commitment to individualized, evidence-based support for learners of all abilities. As a board member, she contributes valuable insight into program development, student-centered practices, and behavioral support strategies. 

Charlotte is passionate about creating educational environments that empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
