Lesley is the Founder and Executive Director of Washington Spectrum Schools and serves as President of the Board of Directors. With over 20 years of experience in applied behavior analysis and special education, she brings deep expertise and passionate leadership to her role. Lesley is committed to excellence in evidence-based practices and to creating supportive learning environments for all students. She holds degrees from the University of Washington and Columbia University and has presented nationally on ABA in education.
