
Lesley Pahl
M.A., BCBA, LBA | Founder & Executive Director
Lesley is the Founder and Executive Director of Washington Spectrum Schools and is committed to excellence in ABA and education, delivering evidence-based treatment to her students. With over 20 years of experience, she passionately applies the principles of applied behavior analysis to the educational setting, demonstrating energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care for her students. Lesley is dedicated to guiding staff in best practices, encouraging active involvement from students and families.
Lesley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in behavior analysis and special education from Columbia University. In New York, she worked as a teacher and early education director at the Fred S. Keller School and Hawthorne Country Day School. Since obtaining her BCBA certification in 2002, Lesley has worked with individuals of all ages, addressing diverse abilities and challenges. Lesley has worked in numerous settings, presenting at both local and national conferences on ABA research and education.
Outside of work, Lesley enjoys spending time hiking, paddle boarding, watching movies, and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
