Enroll at Washington Spectrum Schools

Success Starts with the Right School

Choosing the right school for your child is a big decision. At Washington Spectrum Schools, we make the admissions process supportive, informative, and family-centered. Our goal is to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and educational goals to help you determine if our program is right for your child.

We welcome all students in grades K–12, with a focus on supporting students with autism, ADHD, sensory differences, and other developmental or learning needs.

Is Washington Spectrum Schools Right for Your Family?

If your child would benefit from:

  • Small class sizes and individualized learning
  • A supportive environment with strategies to address sensory challenges
  • Integrated ABA model
  • Highly trained staff skilled in individualizing instruction
    Data driven results

We encourage you to connect with us. Whether your child is currently in public school, homeschooled, or transitioning from another private program, our admissions team is here to support you through every step.

How to Apply

Step 1 – Submit Your Online Admissions Form

Complete our simple online admissions form. You’ll be asked to share basic contact information along with details about your child’s academic background, behavioral needs, and any current diagnoses or services they receive.

Step 2 – Provide Supporting Documents

The more information we have, the better we can understand your child. The admissions form gives a detailed list of supporting documents, including:

  • IEPs or 504 Plans
  • Diagnostic evaluations (if applicable)
  • Academic reports
  • Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Therapy notes or recommendations

Step 3 – Family Meeting

Once your form is received, we will send you the family handbook to review. You will review and sign the handbook. Then we will schedule a family meeting which will be a chance for us to get to know each other, answer questions, and discuss how Washington Spectrum Schools might support your child’s success.

Step 4 – Enrollment

After mutually determining that Washington Spectrum Schools is a good fit for your child, you will be sent important information about your child’s first day.

Tuition & Financial Considerations

Transparent Tuition Structure

Our tuition includes the core cost of education, supplies, and standard school fees. This flat-rate structure ensures you know exactly what to expect financially, with no surprise fees for everyday learning essentials.

2025-2026 School Year Tuition

$24,000 per year paid across 10 monthly installments due on the 25th of the prior month.

Additional Services

Many of our learners receive additional therapeutic services to help them fully access the school curriculum and routine, that are provided by outside service providers. The fees for receiving clinical services are separate from tuition. These services may include:

  • One-to-one behavior technician
  • Speech Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy

Many of these services may be covered in part by your family’s insurance plan. We’re happy to help you navigate billing, coverage, and documentation.

Scholarships

We understand that investing in a specialized education is a significant commitment. We are working hard on funding scholarships but this is not available currently. If you or someone you know would like to make a donation to our school and scholarship opportunities, please visit our ‘Support Us’ page.
